Terms & Conditions
- The user must reach out to us within 30 days of receiving their microcade if they experience any issues or defects.
- Any damage caused by the user will not be covered under our warranty and the user will be responsible for any repair or replacement costs.
- If the microcade does not work due to customer error or misuse, we are not liable to replace it, but will try our best to repair it.
- Our warranty only covers defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use and conditions. Any deviation from the instructions is not covered.
- The microcade must be used in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided. Any damage caused by improper use will not be covered under warranty.
- We reserve the right to determine whether a repair or replacement is the appropriate remedy for a defective or malfunctioning microcade.
- Our warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty at any time without notice.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the microcade.
